Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, fraud protection, and customer service inquiries related to payment.
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others' intellectual property, send spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or generate harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content.
We retain all rights to the Service. You retain rights to content you generate using the Service, subject to a license for us to host and process it to provide the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that present a risk to other users or the platform.
